What should I wear to a Pilates session?

Wear leggings or fitted clothes for comfort and coverage. 

Avoid leather or vinyl pants -fabric ones prevent slipping on the Reformer and Wunda chair.

가죽이나 비닐 소재는 미끄러지기 쉬우니 섬유 소재를 추천합니다.

Are Pilates sessions suitable for beginners?

Yes, Pilates sessions are suitable for beginners. Our instructors will provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate all fitness levels.

what should I prepare for the Pilates session?

Please make sure your stomach feels comfortable and digestion is complete about an hour before exercising.

Since the breathing muscles are located close to the stomach, exercising when you feel too full can cause discomfort.

운동을 시작하기 한 시간 전에는 소화가 다 된 상태로 장이 편안하도록 해주세요.

호흡에 사용하는 근육은 위와 가깝기 때문에 너무 배부를 때 운동하면 불편할 수 있습니다.
